Our fees
Entirely Success-based
We have adopted a "completely success-based" fee system: no Retainer, Interim, or Monthly fee. With all the advantages it comes with.
A retainer fee to start M&A services can be tens of thousands of euros and is non-refundable even if deals don’t close. We prioritize our customers by not charging this fee.
The interim fee, often 10-20% of the success fee, is charged when an initial deal agreement is made but isn't refunded if the M&A fails. We don't charge this, believing true value for sellers comes only from finalized deals.
Monthly fees are charged during M&A negotiations and, like retainer and interim fees, aren't refunded if the deal fails. We stand out by not charging any monthly fees.

Heritage operates without charging buyers retainer fees. When intermediaries do charge these fees, buyers often hesitate and miss out on acquisition opportunities. By not charging retainer fees, we attract more potential buyers, enhancing deal matching.

Many intermediaries hide their complex fee structures, wasting time in negotiations and surprising their clients with retainer, interim, and monthly fees during consultations. We charge none of these, allowing you to start finding your counterpart immediately upon request. This enables quicker sales and transfers.
